Classes on this page teach you the latest software and help you master your Bernina.

Electric Quilt Software Learn how to use either EQ5 or the exciting new EQ6.  See how to draw your own blocks, redesign blocks in the EQ library, set them, add sashing and borders, (even pieced ones!) and how to use the many colors and fabrics included in the program.  Print templates or foundations.  Bring your laptop if you can, or if you just want to see how it all works, you are welcome to attend.  Ask or click here for supply list. 2 sessions, $48 Sundays 1-4pm - July 20, August 3 All Levels.......Instructor, Nancy Karst

Software Sampler

Increase your comfort level with Bernina Embroidery Software in our Virtual Classroom. Taught by Bernina educators, the lessons will be both lecture and hands-on.  You will also receive instructions for creating a project and an opportunity to try your hand at a number of embroidery and embellishment techniques.  Bringing your laptop is optional but recommended. 

Fee: $32 per session.  (Bring back a completed project highlighting the software technique shown in the lesson to the next session and receive a gift card.  You must be present in class to qualify.)

Machine Mastery Classes

For those of you who have purchased a new Bernina from us, our Machine Mastery Classes are listed below.  In addition to being free with your new machine, we also include a booklet "Mastering Your Machine," which retails for $95. We feel these are so important in helping you get the most from your machine, they are a little thank you gift from us.  Please sign up for the appropriate class for your specific machine. 

For those of you who feel you need to refresh your skills, we welcome you to take the classes as often as you need to, but please sign up in advance.  Class size is limited to 8 students in order to give everyone as much attention as possible. 

If you have purchased your machine elsewhere, but wish to take your owner's classes with our excellent teachers, you are welcome to do so at a cost of $20 per class hour, on a space-available basis.  If you have recently moved here and were unable to take classes at your former shop, please bring in your sales slip and we will happily try to accommodate you.

Editor Lite software owners should sign up for the software mastery classes in addition to your machine mastery classes.  Please check the schedule below.

If you own an older model machine (purchased from us) and still need your mastery classes, please call the shop so we can put you in the proper class or make a personal appointment with an instructor.
