Software Classes

Electric Quilt 101
This has been the premier quilting software for years, however, we often use what we can  figure out on our own and never explore its full potential.  Spend a few hours learning new ways to let EQ7 help you design your quilts and how to design quilted photographs, among many other features. If you don’t own Electric Quilt, you are welcome to come and see what it’s all about.  Ask or click here for supply list.  1 session, $34
Saturday 10am-2pm: February 11
All levels ....................................................................Instructor, Nancy Karst

Important Information about Updating to EQ7

The current version of Electric Quilt is EQ7 If you have EQ6, you can purchase the upgrade. If you have EQ5, you can either buy EQ7 as a new package or you can first upgrade to EQ6 and then upgrade to EQ7.

 Machine Mastery Classes

For those of you who have purchased a new Bernina from us, our Machine Mastery Classes are listed below.  In addition to being free with your new machine, we also include a CD "Mastering Your Machine," which retails for $95. We feel these are so important in helping you get the most from your machine, they are a little thank you gift from us.  Please sign up for the appropriate class for your specific machine.

For those of you who feel you need to refresh your skills, we welcome you to take the classes as often as you need to, but please sign up in advance.  Class size is limited to 8 students in order to give everyone as much attention as possible.

If you have purchased your machine elsewhere, but wish to take your owner's classes with our excellent teachers, you are welcome to do so at a cost of $20 per class hour, on a space-available basis.  Or, you may adopt us as your dealer and get classes free along with our customer care and client support. Ask us for details. Click here to learn more about our Adopt-A-Store Policy.

If you have recently moved here and were unable to take classes at your former shop, please bring in your sales slip and we will happily try to accommodate you.

Editor Lite software owners should sign up for the software mastery classes in addition to your machine mastery classes.  Please check the schedule below.

If you own an older model machine (purchased from us) and still need your mastery classes, please call the shop so we can put you in the proper class or make a personal appointment with an instructor.
